Tour FAQ

Where do you pick up?

We usually pick you up at your home, hotel, or vacation rental in Fredericksburg, Marble Falls, Johnson City, Spicewood, and most other places in the Hill Country. We also pick up in places like Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, San Antonio, etc. but in those cases we may require you to have a larger group. Call for details.

What should I bring on the tour?

Tasting Fees. Most wineries range from $10 - $20 per tasting. We can help you determine your projected cost once your tour itinerary is created.

Photo ID. Take it as a compliment if you get carded.

Sunscreen. Many wineries have outdoor seating and beautiful views to take in.

Can we smoke or drink on the bus?

There is no smoking inside the tour bus. Responsible consumption of alcohol on the bus is allowed unless there are minors present. Under Texas law, no open alcohol will be allowed outside of the vehicle during the tour. If your drinking on the bus gets out of hand, we reserve the right to end the tour at any point.

Payments and Cancellations

Although we hope you're able to join us, these policies have been created to help keep the cost down for everyone.

-50% of the trip cost is due at booking, the remainder is due 30 days before your tour date.

-If you cancel within 30 days or less of your trip, your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days or less of your trip, all monies will be forfeited. This policy also applies to partial cancellations (fewer people than shown on the reservation).

-Cancellations made more than 30 days before your tour will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

-No shows will be charged in full.
